HABC has recently launched the Level 2 AUSSE (QCF) qualification. This qualification is knowledge-based and is suitable for those individuals who wish to work as a steward in the Active Learning and Leisure Sector, which includes sporting events, music festivals, and rock and pop concerts. This CPD event covers the key learning outcomes of the qualification. In addition to this the event covers assessment documentation and mapping to the Level 2 certificate.

Ideal for any centre looking to introduce the award, as well as those involved with security in the Active Learning and Leisure Sector.
The Trainers
Sharon Porter: Sharon is an HABC subject matter expert and has worked in the security sector for over 20 years, 11 of which she spent as an operational HM Customs and Excise Officer. Sharon is a firm believer in practising what she preaches and still works sporadically as a Door Supervisor, Security Guard and Events Steward.
Cliff Edens: Cliff is a former Police Officer (having served for 27 years). During his time in the Police, Cliff organised and supervised the policing of many large outdoor events. He is now a partner in a training and security company, and is also the Safety Officer at Accrington Stanley F.C. Cliff is an HABC subject matter expert in Stewarding.
